Lewis Psychology Creating a Positive Social Impact

Mindful Wellbeing Graduates Course

Our Mindful Wellbeing Graduates course is for anybody who has attended our Accredited 8 week Mindfulness for Stress course or any other 8 week accredited mindfulness course such as MBCT or MBSR.  The course will enable you to develop your mindfulness practice and learn more about how the mind works and the factors that can help you to have a more fulfilling life.  Practices are grounded in modern neuroscience and psychotherapy thus offering a fascinating synthesis of contemplative practice and new brain science.

The course comprises 6 x monthly 2-hour classes combining presentations, experiential activities, mindfulness practice, discussions and written materials.  You will look at cutting edge research into the brain functions relevant to understanding our emotions and the discovery that our brains are ‘plastic’ and can grow and change through properly guided mental activity. Month by month you will explore the principles you can use to better understand and change your mind, brain, relationships and lifelong character traits.  There will also be regular mindfulness practices throughout each session with opportunities to discuss experiences and ask questions.

Who Is The Course For?

Our Mindful Wellbeing Graduates course is for anybody who has previously attended our Accredited 8 week Mindfulness for Stress course or any other 8 week accredited mindfulness course such as MBCT or MBSR.
