Our life coaches

Our life coaches are also successful in the fields of training, business development, leadership and consultancy.  Our approach to coaching is grounded in established theories of adult learning and the coaching models cognitive behavioural coaching, solution focussed coaching and positive psychology.

It is our view that life coaching issues invariably have a psychological dimension, indeed, they often reside one or more levels deeper than the presenting issue. This may manifest in the very way the client is framing or perceiving their issue, or in self limiting belief systems, it may also be in how the client feels about themselves, their colleagues or their work and life as a whole. It is often most obvious when a client attempts to change some long standing behavioural pattern and finds that they keep 'reverting to type'. This is why we place such importance on the psychological and behavioural change skills of our coaches. Our psychological and behavioural change models, tools and techniques can achieve genuine, sustainable and measurable results.

We are open Monday to Friday 8:30am to 8:00pm and Saturday 8:30am to 6:00pm.

Our clients come to us via two main routes: either they find us after searching on the web and cover the cost of life coaching themselves; or an organisation contacts us and arranges and pays for life coaching for one or more of their staff.  We work with both individuals and organisations.
