Employee assistance programmes (EAP's)

Employee counselling in Wolverhampton, the West Midlands and Staffordshire

An employee assistance programme (EAP) is a counselling service for employees. A central component of an EAP is the provision of short-term counselling of between four to eight sessions.

EAP counselling can be commissioned on a contractual basis or on an ad-hoc basis.  Our counsellors can work with a wide range of presenting issues from work related stress or bullying to bereavement or alcohol problems.

The provision of counselling services through an EAP ensures that your staff always have somewhere to turn when life's pressures start to build up. Whether the primary source of stress lies within or outside the workplace, its early resolution will facilitate a rapid return to productivity by removing the distraction and worry caused by the unresolved problem.
