Counselling

Counselling in Wolverhampton, the West Midlands and Staffordshire

Counselling provides an opportunity to explore various aspects of your life, feelings and behaviour, talking about them in a way that is rarely possible with friends or family. The counsellor will help you to explore the issues that are proving troublesome and to find ways of moving forward.

In this world there are many different types of experience that can be difficult to cope with. Sometimes we are stopped in our tracks by an event or situation that we do not, at the time, have the resources to sort out. Counselling can prove useful at such times.

If you would like to arrange an appointment or require further information about counselling please telephone our Wolverhampton counselling practice on: 01902 827808.  Alternatively fill out our online contact form.

We are open Monday to Friday 8:30am to 8:00pm and Saturday 8:30am to 6:00pm.

Our clients come to us via two main routes: either they find us after searching on the web and cover the cost of counselling themselves; or an organisation contacts us and arranges and pays for counselling for one or more of their staff.  We work with both individuals and organisations.
